I will put the Law of Least Effort into effect by making a commitment to take the following steps:
I will practice Acceptance. Today I will accept people, situations, circumstances, and events as they occur. I will know that this moment is as is should be, because the whole universe is as it should be. I will not struggle against the whole universe by struggling against this moment. My acceptance is total and complete. I accept things as they are this moment, not as I wish they were.
Having accepted things as they are, I will take Responsibility for my situation and for all those events I see as problems. I know that taking responsibility means not blaming anyone or anything for my situation (and this includes myself). I also know that every problem is an opportunity in disguise, and this alertness to opportunities allow me to take this moment and transform it into a greater benefit.
Today my awareness will remain established in Defenselessness. I will relinquish the need to defend my point of view. I will feel no need to convince or persuade others to accept my point of view. I will remain open to all points of view and not be rigidly attached to any on of them.

Extending Ourselves
Extending ourselves beyond our ordinary way of approaching things is not faking it.
We learn by doing, and by making an effort. If we are not willing to extend ourselves beyond our normal comfort zone, we'll never learn new ways of living and being. We will make mistakes, and we will experience what we call “failure”. At these times we can say to ourselves, “Hmmm. I seemed to have made a little mistake here. Perhaps I could backup for a moment, and approach it from another perspective, in another way.” It is only when we "put our foot down" and then discover we've put it in the wrong place, and then get busy defending what we've done, that we compound our mistake. That's what makes the mess — not the extending of ourselves. In short, we must give ourselves the opportunity to "fail" and then forgive ourselves for those failures if we are ever to achieve success.

Affirmations
Human beings, by changing the inner attitudes of their minds, can change the outer aspects of their lives." William James
Affirmations are powerful. Thoughts, spoken words, and written statements are acts of creation. It is important that our words be in alignment with our desires. In order to live the life we want, we must affirm what we want, not what we do not want.
Make Affirmations Resonate With You
Simply saying or reading or even writing affirmations without feelings will do little to promote change. Thoughts evoke feelings and then those feelings power additional thoughts. Without feelings, we might just as well be a log in the woods.
In working with both verbal and written affirmations, I have monitored their impact on a variety of persons. Some individuals have come to me after working for a long time, perhaps even diligently, with affirmations that have stimulated no change at all because there was no resonance - nice words, but no connection.
Each person has a resonance or vibration or frequency; each affirmation has a resonance or vibration or frequency. So, too, a desire to change resonates. Affirmations that are in proper resonance with the person thinking or saying or writing them can positively impact the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects and other invisible layers in the energy field.

Love your Bills
It is essential that we stop worrying about money and stop resenting our bills. Many people treat bills as punishments to be avoided if possible. A bill is an acknowledgment of our ability to pay. The creditor assumes you are affluent enough and gives you the service or the product first. I bless with love each and every bill that comes into my home. I bless with love and stamp a small kiss on each and every check I write. If you pay with resentment, money has hard time coming back to you. If you pay with love and joy, you open the free flowing channel of abundance. Treat your money as a friend, not as something you wad up and crush into your pocket.
Your security is not your job, or your bank account, or your investments, or your spouse or parents. Your security is your ability to connect with cosmic power that creates all things.
